Extended Services
The development of Extended Services on the Academy site is a key part of our vision. We recognise the importance of the community and work hard to be a strong part of it. The Academy works very closely with its local primary and community partners to ensure that the Tividale community has access to a wide range of services.
The Academy is actively involved in several residential groups including the Burnt Tree Cohesion Group and Community Representatives group. We aim to engage with our local community and get their views on how we can work together for the benefit of us all. The ongoing work with our partners continues to grow and is used as examples of good practice.
OSCA is open for community use after Academy hours, offering a range of adult education classes and sporting facilities. We also host several large scale and exciting community events such as Spectrum, which celebrates Eid, Diwali and Bonfire Night, Christmas celebrations, Community Quiz, and Motiv8.
